Order & Delivery Options
Thank you for your order! We take care of every single SKU we send and do our best to safely ensure on-time delivery.
All our products are shipped by full SKU only.
Order & delivery options will be available at check-out:
Duni Direct – All orders by default will be set for order & delivery via Duni Group at check-out which means you will be invoiced by Duni Group AG directly and Duni Group AG will be responsible for the delivery of your order.
- Wholesaler -You will have the option at check-out to change your point of service for order & delivery to a wholesaler available on the drop-down list. Selecting this option will entail a full transfer of your order to the selected wholesaler who will then be responsible for setting the pricing and managing invoicing & delivery. Within 48 hours of check-out the wholesaler will either confirm to you their acceptance of your order or Duni Group will notify you that your transfer order was declined. Further options for order & delivery will be presented at that time.
Delivery times and charges will vary depending on your selected method of order & delivery.
Your order will be delivered according to the below schedule unless a later date has been requested by you:
- Duni Direct – 2 business days for orders placed before 11:00 and 3 business days for orders placed after 11:00.
- Wholesaler – 6 business days for orders placed before 11:00 and 7 days for orders placed after 11:00.
*Order status for transfer orders to be followed up directly with your selected wholesaler.
As we are celebrating the launch of our new website and track & trace service, Duni Group AG is offering delivery free of charge for all orders.
*Please note free delivery on applies to orders which are placed to Duni Group AG directly and not for orders transferred to a wholesaler.
Track & Trace
You can follow the status of your delivery for orders placed directly to Duni Group via track & trace. To find this information just go to My Account and click on Orders – each order line link will show the status of the delivery.
*Orders transferred to wholesalers will not be available on Duni Group track & trace; please contact your wholesaler for further inquiries regarding delivery status.
The prices listed on our website are Duni Group updated standard prices. Prices include all packaging but are shown without VAT. To see your order total including VAT and any relevant special pricing, you must select Get Your Price at check-out.
Duni Group standard payment terms are 30 days net from the date of invoice.
Please note that by selecting to transfer your point of service for order & delivery to a wholesaler that the wholesaler will responsible to set the actual price, delivery costs and payment terms for your order.
Returns of goods which are not damaged or incorrectly shipped will be handled on a case by case basis, please contact your sales agent or send a ticket to our customer care team for information regarding the cost to return unwanted items.
The below standards apply for all Duni Group products:
- All our products comply with the EU standards
- We are an FSC certified company and all corresponding products are labelled
- All our products are food certified/approved
- Yes, you can test! If you are a returning customer you can ask for samples via Support Tickets under My Account.
- Yes, you can test! If you don’t have a login to buy yet, you can ask for samples via the Contact Us page where you can select Sample Request
- Deliveries are only made in full SKUs.
